Gathering basic patient information and photos is made easy by adding a Photo Consultation page to your website. Here, patients can complete forms that normally are sent in the introduction packet, and they can also upload any photos or reports (e.g., labs). This page can also provide more specific details on how to take the photos you’ll want to see prior to the consultation.
