This article proposes various steps that can be automated to facilitate the graft handling process with implanters. The authors suggest various iterations of tools developed specifically for various steps in the management of the grafts. In the final embodiment of these iterations, the entire implantation process of graft management can be automated using a simple robot with appropriate software and a graft holding cartridge to deliver the grafts to an implanter with minimal direct human involvement.
