Abstract
We all have a (hopefully) small number of patients with “unsatisfactory” results. If we think it is poor graft growth, then it has in the past been described as either X factor (unknown cause) or H factor (something we humans did in the procedure). Nilofer Farjo poses the question as to whether the number of patients needing/requesting free “top-ups,” here described as “re-dos,” has increased due to H factor or due to inaccurate expectations.
