ABSTRACT
Follicular unit strip excision (FUSE) remains a useful technique for graft harvesting. Throughout the years, variations have been made to facilitate visualization and to minimize transections. Here, we demonstrate a refined version of the open, or skin hook, technique tailored for cases with higher hair density, tough/firm skin, and coiled/curly hair.
