Abstract
It can be stated that hair transplantation is dependent as much on artistic design in achieving a natural look as it is surgical skill. The angle at which a graft is placed in a recipient site is both. Hair transplant surgeons recognize the importance of angling grafts properly to achieve a natural look, especially in the hairline. However, there has been little open discussion or educational references on this key point. The objective of this study is to evaluate the surgical and aesthetic results using several degrees of angulation in the recipient areas.
